I still use terry cloth
Wasn't too much of a breathtaking event, but it was nice to see the new cars up close.

BTW, what is with Mercedes and the world's "first 4 door coupe"? Makes zero sense.

Wow. how did you have the patients to upload all those. I could not have done it haha. NIce pics . Thanks very much for sharing.

Greg

That 3 wheel "car" was mercedes first attempt at a car, IIRC. It had a single cylinder, 3hp engine! I had no idea what they meant by the world's first 4 door coupe, unless they mean by the lines of the car and how it looks like the car could be a coupe.. :huh

Greg, I think the images are allowed to be shared as long as I don't profit from them. At least nobody there told me I couldn't take pics! :)

Most of them were fair since they were brand new, but even the nicest Mercedes Benz had light swirls in the paint. I saw one of the display workers wiping down the finger prints on a Benz with a plain rag... when will people learn about QD?!

From what I have read about the Mercedes CLS, the "four door coupe", they call it that because of the lines of the car, the concealed B pilliars, and its road handling. When I was at the Phila. auto show my friends father absolutely fell in love with the look of the car and has one on order. Right now he has a W10 Toureg that his wifes likes more than her E430 and he is going to trade the old Mercedes in for the CLS500.
Personally I still love the pics of that G-Wagon. I see a silver one on campus all of the time and am so jealous someone has one, although the girl who drives it treats it like garbage.

I love the G500. It catches my eye each time I see one. Classic SUV design, excellent off-road capability, and luxurious interior. :drool

Thanks for sharing the pics :beer

This is not the 4.2L I-6 engine in the TrailBlazers and Envoys. Different and a V-6, just same rated horsepower.

I am in love with that 4 door coupe as well. Is he getting the AMG version? It is only about $30000 more :D
