Youre doing it wrong! Wheres the enjoyment of eating something you shouldnt, if youre eating it quickly? Sneak it out of the house, "Honey, going to the garage to put some towels away" or something along those lines

depends on if there are things she wants me to do around house. Since I am a time management (read procrastinator), I always have an "ill get to it list"
 
The wax idea is a great one!! The other might have her asking him to put a load of laundry in, or something.

Just dont do what I did:

Me: Honey, Im going to the garage to put some polishes and waxes away.
Her: [talking on phone] Okayyyyy
Me: Sneak off to my car for my donut stash

five minutes later

Her: where were you?
Me: I told you!
Her: We...DONT..have a garage!

Then the fight started.
