Oh boy need help!

Poorboys e-mailed me back and said there product was water based and to use water to try to get it off. That definitely did not work. I can't see how it could be glue, solvent (don't know), unless the microfiber towel I used had something on it (don't think so).
It is very smooth to the touch. As I recall the only thing I did was use poorboys on the dash and invisible glass on the plexiglass (can't remember which one used first). I used separate microfibers for each product.
One thing I don't think I mentioned days after I noticed it, I used invisible glass to try to get it off and noticed that when I wiped the area it seem to fade away a little bit ( when the area was wet with invisible glass) , then once the invisible glass evaporated the stain came back. I'm not sure if that is relevant or not just something I observed. So to me that means it is on the outside of the glass. If that extra info means anything to anyone please let me know.

Just go to the dealer and order that plastic piece. It looks ruined. It shouldn't cost you too much for the part. Removing them isn't usually too big of a deal.

Just be cautious if you decide to disconnect the odometer. Some vehicles have an anti tamper feature that can mess it up. Usually, you can replace that lens without having to do that.

Wear rubber gloves anything you handle the new piece.

That's just the product laying over it or "filling it" temporally. Take a scratched pair of glasses and put water on it and it will do same.

Re: Oh boy need help! (Corrected)

Well I finally got around to try to fix the plexiglass. Poorboy's had e-mailed me to try IPA,APC or Pro Polish. IPA did not work didn't try APC and I didn't have Pro Polish, however I had Meg's PlasticX and Blackfire Total Polish and Seal. PlasticX either did't work or I didn't give it enough of a chance to work. So I used the Blackfire TP&S with Q-tips and a microfiber towel. After repeated steps of appyling and buffing off I think it came out pretty good. I also used Blackfire Crystal seal over the plexiglass afterwards. Here are the pics:
