Since you are not understanding his logic, I`ll try to make it simple.
It` not a gun problem. It`s a people problem.
Look Ronkh I respect you a lot and dont want to trun this isnt an argument but are you serious or joking when you say it`s not a gun problem, because I think it`s very obvious one can not happen without the other, no?
Just incase we keep misunderstanding each other I`ll make my point really simple too... Gun+human=bang, gun+nothing=nothing, human+no gun=no bang
What your saying is just physically impossible. Although its a grate save aganst hinting at the notion of a rascist gun control law, your point has no logic. Unless your implying your rather have it the way it is than try for something better?
To put it in another perspective it`s like saying "a total lack of food and drinking water isnt the prooblem, the starving people are".
I`ll ask you the same question:
What`s the causality for the difference in murder rate per capita between US and Canada, in your opinion if it`s not gun legislation?
So now your solution? Still take away guns?
Great question! And the truth is I dont have a complete answer yet or even any political affilations but none the less I sat today and wished I could write the "I have a dream spech..." that could lead to a cultrual revoulition that America needs first to change their lust for guns. There are many moving peices that would have to come to play for things to change and it would have to be a movement lead by the people and not the gouvernment.
I think one of the first steps is ending the ideliogy that it`s ok to purchase a gun for the sole intent to be used aganst another civilian. Not legislatively but
culturally.
I get it your fed up of snow birds but thats not what I am. I`m an American, I vote states side, I pay taxes states side, I enlist states side, I want better for America and my fellow Americans (nothing more nothing less
no other agenda)! I want my wife and kids to be Americans and not fear they`ll randomly be shot if we move there. I want to see change come about and prove to the victims lving realtives that their lives mattered and brought something better in America rather than more uglyness...
Everyones lives matter more than guns to me, but I guess thats recivied only as testiment of how Canadian I`ve become,
but it`s not.
