OC or OHC the heavier cutting?

I thought the OHC was the heavier cutter, but the label says the OC is heavier from what I can gain. Anybody know?
 
I have the old OHC (w/o the new sticker). Mine is very liquidly.. So, yah OHC has heavier cutting than those 2 below.
