NXT topped with BOS

The process all together was first weekend, clay bar and wash, then apply NXT. Second weekend was wash NXT and now this weekend was wash and applied Griots BOS with the PC. The NXT made it really shinny but it wasn't right. We put on a layer of BOS and all I can say is WOW. There is a difference in how the light reflected off the car.

This was taken in direct sunlight.

EDIT: this last shot was actually hard to do, it keep wanting to slide off.

Looks good! NXT with a carnauba topper is a pretty good combination, IMO.

NXT i would say is a sealant with fillers. It would replace wax if you wanted to. When we first put it on we went wow this stuff makes the car shinny and hides some swirls. But with the topper it gave it a bit something extra. Hard to explain for me. But my friend is really happy with it.

Thanks next week will be the killer! I am doing my friends black 00 maxima. This puppy never been wax and been taken to tons of car washes. Plenty of swirls. Also this car has deep scratches all over the place and a giant scuff mark on the bumper of the car. I just touched it up yesterday, I must have used up 3/4 of the touch up paint bottle. I will take pics before I wet sand them down if I ever finish.
