Hello All!
I just moved to Sac town from NYC. I decided to start a detailing business since I am usually wrenching on something or polishing something anyway, I just figured I should do it for others too! I don't know much at all about product as I have been using the same old stuff for years. I am here to find out what the best products, equipment, and techniques are from you guys, the experts. Thanks in advance, I know you all will be a lot of help!!!!

Welcome to DC! IMO, the best thing for you to do is to read every thread you can. There is no best product, but there are plenty of great ones. Detailing is all about personal preference. What works for some will not work for others. This will help you make an educated guess on what you think will work for you. I hope you enjoy your stay here.

Welcom to DC :howdy :inspector: Use the search and type in how you like your paint to look ex: "Products to make my paint pop" "Products for a deep glossy look" etc... that should get you reading on so many products your eyes will hurt :wow:

Thanks guys, I already got a ton of info from the site! I will have to post some pics of my 1962 Econoline that I'm setting up for detailing as it comes along... should be fun.
