Northern California Spring Detailing event

When are you guys thinking of doing this? I may be relocating back to Sacramento for work. I was living there working for Griffin & Reed Eye Care in Sacramento (LASIK docs). I moved back to NC and continue to work for them but we may be working something out so that I can return. If we do, I'm sure we could use their parking lot. They have a covered area where 5-6 cars could be in the shade and probably about 20-30 parking spaces other than the covered ones. Water, electricity, etc., would all be there. We could do it on a Saturday and we would have it all to ourselves.



Of course, all of this sounds good but only if my relocation deal works out so we can't get our hopes up yet. : )

BradNC, that would be great if you come out here and we could use the parking lot. I've had no luck getting in touch with the DIY wash bay places to see if we could take over the place.



For Tahoe, it's still kinda cold up there right now, but I'm sure we could put something like that together later on this year (asuming this event goes off well). Right now though, the only issue, other than weather, I see whith going to Tahoe is the snow salt and grime that's still scattered everwhere. I can just feel the pain of driving a fully detailed car back home only to see the front covered in road grime again.
 
JPS911 - do you know if the parking lot has power and a water source? I don't think anyone that's interested in coming is a mobile detailer with a water tank, so without water and power we're very limited in what we can do.
