non-shiny tire dressing

I am running a little test right now. I have one coat only of Z16 on my tires that I put on and wiped off immediately about a week ago. Here in Hampton Roads weve been getting dumped on by Ernesto, I want to see what the tires will look like after we get 4" of rain in 3 days :woot2: Im going to try and go as long as I can without dressing them again to see how long it will really last!
 
I know this a little off topic, but this post reminded me of something I saw. I was traveling and stopped at a rest stop area and this guy was cleaning his rims, windows, and wipping down the outside of his Honda Civic at 2:00 A.M. This guy was being picky too, making sure all the bugs were off. I still couldn't figure out why in the world this guy was doing it? I was more interested in getting home and going to sleep, but I had to watch this guy. I think this guy forgot he was going to hit interstate again.
