The government is a joke. I had to call Medicaid for a patient and the recording now says THEY will drive you to the Dr or the pharmacy.

Since we are OT, another thing that really irritates me is PA Medicaid pays for Suboxone - which is narcotic maintenance. For those not familiar with this, its a drug with no other purpose but keep the user (addict) perpetually narcotized (high). Think methadone - but a whole lot more $$$.

They also made needles OTC in PA. The only people who buy them without a script are junkies.

Go figure.

Its getting ridiculous.

We can rant and rave - but it just gets worse. Maybe the state will start paying to have peoples' paint corrected next and their cars coated.
