NO TOUCH Seriously Wet

I just saw this product for the first time at Advance auto parts so I decided I'd give it a try. I was initially looking for the original No Touch that foams, but I didn't see any. I am so glad I didn't. The Seriously Wet works so much better!



It comes in the same size and type of spray can as the foaming No Touch, but instead sprays out in a fine mist. It comes out of the can just like if I were spray painting. I previously used No Touch foam for fenderwells and undercarriages and yes even tires. What I found was that it streaked fairly bad if not wiped afterwards and the application tended to be non-uniform. It also lacked in the shine department.



I can enthusiastically say that this new product exhibits no such of the above mentioned problems and is extremely glossy as the name implies. I have been searching for a product like this for a long time and I think I finally found the one. I am in the process of touching up my undercarriage and just applied this stuff to the rear suspension bits after thoroughly cleaning them. I can honestly say that it looks even better than new under there now!



I'm pretty much finished with the rear of the car and now will move on to the front. I'm gonna take some pics right now of the rear and will post them here as soon as I can. Stay posted.

You have found out the magic that is seriously wet. It sucks bigtime on tires, but on undercarriages, its beautiful. looks great.
 
If this is the same stuff that comes in the purple can, I've tried and like it alot. I use it on wells and tires too. Good stuff. Does not streak or run. No drips either.



I get mine for 3.00 a can at my Dollar Store.

Agreed, I like it alot also, use to be able to get it at Costco for $7.50 a triple pack......
 
It's so annoying that my Costco barely has any detailing products... I just see the yellow MF's and those Meguiars detailing packages.

How does that Eisenmann Race sound compared to the stock exhaust? I am looking for another exhaust setup on my 328is, but don't want anything too loud.

Only question is after it's fully dry, does it cure harder? Will it capture more dirt or dust off the road? I'd like to see if it does. I'll have to test it on my beater car on one side after cleaning both to see if it will attract or hold dirt due to the product or will it repel dirt?:confused:



Mostly, I'll use a Motor Kote type product seeing these dry hard.For the most part, you could call these floor waxes.



If this product works well by not attracting dirt, I'm gonna need a boatload of cans to do the underside of the Porsche as they have one very big underpan!!:p

Agree, whats the difference between these two and do they both dry "dry"?. Only reason, if they don't then would be kinda pointless on suspension and otehr parts that dirt will just become caked too.
