All the outside pics w/sun make me think it's Dakar yellow. The other M3 owner in this thread seems to agree. It looks a bit like PY in the shade, but in direct light it is too pale to be Phoenix Yellow in my eyes.

In some lighting it may be hard to differentiate but in sunlight they don't really look alike. Nikku, you worked the car. What say you?
 
The car is Phoenix Yellow with Kiwi interior which is an individual option. (another M3 owner btw) Dakar Yellow is not a metallic and is no where close to the color of Phoenix Yellow.
 
car is def PY with the Kiwi interior. Such a rad interior color!







Where in Toronto are you located? I'm coming up to Toronto at the end of the month from Rochester, NY and would love to have you assess my paint condition!
 
Looks like I've been over-ruled! Going back, I could only find one pic with any hint of metallic flake. The sun shots made it look pale, or maybe it's just my monitor. But the little bit of metallic in that one shot means it has to be PY. Mikenap FTL :nixweiss
