Newell Motor Coach, 330i, Carnauba Jett on a Rolls, nasty Civic interior

2004 Newell Motor Coach. 3rd time I have done this one. Probably could use some deep polishing but the owner said it wasn't worth it to him for me to spend a good 12+ hours buffing it out. Just went with Meguiars #20 Polymer Sealant applied using a Meguiars polishing pad and removed the excess with Optimum Car Wax and microfiber towels-essentially waxing it twice in little more than the time it would take to do it once.

Pics are the best I could do in a warehouse on a dark, misty day.

Full resolution shot of the above pic-linked so it doesn't stretch the page or give the dial-up guy's modems a hernia.

=============

2006 BMW 330i. Used Vanilla Moose and Natty's Blue on it in December, just did an Optimum No Rinse Wash and a coat of Optimum Car Wax to freshen it up.

This is disgusting. 1997 Honda Civic. Probably hasn't seen a vacuum in years. Owner smokes, more than a few spots with cigarette burns, spills, ground in grime, etc.

Probably should have used flash despite the strong sun in this shot, you can't really see how horrific the floor mat really is.

After vacuuming and cleaning with Woolite/water mixture. I used Armor All on the vinyl, but it was after taking the pics as I was running out of daylight.

Forget to get a before of the back, not too many stains, just a bunch of dog hair. Anyway, it came out pretty good.

Even used flash here so you could see down between the seats.

Took after shots with the mats out, then in. The driver's mat is really beyond hope, lots of wear issues.

Went to work on that discoloration on the seat again before taking this shot (with flash)

Love the depth on the Rolls. As for the Civic, doesn't really deserve your treatment but it came out as good as anyone could hope for. Great work as usual.

OHMYGOD, how many pads you dust on that coach LOL

did the pc get hot?????? a lot of freaking surface!!

I used two pad. I wasn't removing defects so it isn't that hard on the pads. PC was fine. Took a lunch break about 4 hours in.

Scott, What your process for cleaning carpets with the woolite/water mixture? Also, what kind of woolite do you use? I have some spots on my carpet I can't get out with a apc/oxy/water mixture I use. I wish I could get a carpet transformation like that. Good job!!

I mix it up usually 8 or 6 to 1, the 1 part being Woolite-the regular wool safe laundry soap. Spray, scrub with a nylon bristle brush, wipe, wet vac, final wipe. Some stains may not come out though, especially if you've already tried to clean them. Sometimes that sets the stain, other stains just don't come out no matter what you use.

Anyone considering detailing full-time for a living should be made to stare at this photo for a week straight!! Too bad it isn't "scratch and sniff". ;)

Beautiful work as always Scott!! :up

You did an incredible job on that interior. :bow That was nasty. Just don't get people who let their cars run down like that. Roller looks very wet. :)

The Rolls Royce Phantom looks extremely wet and the depth is simply awesome. This is what I call a first class detailing work and that applies to the other few cars posted too :bigups :bigups

Ilooks like there are paint chips on the front of the Rolls in the first pic, could that be, or is it something else.

I love the turn-around on the Civic, was he trading it in? I can't imagine treating a car like that and then getting such a great detail just for the heck of it.

Awesome Scott.

Do you notice the woolite foaming when you scrub it? Whenever I scrub it I always end up with quite a bit of foam/suds and end up having to rinse it like 3 or more times. Maybe I just use too much.

Scott, would you know what kind of motor that coach is packing. I would think it would be a larger CAT, but I am not sure.

Nice work
