Newbie: Need Advice On Purchased Items

First, I want to thank all the autopia memebers for all the info and pics posted, but seeing your beautiful cars has made me envious. Now I am into the detailing craze and I'm here to learn =D. After a week or so of research, I decided on the products listed below. I have a 2002 black nissan sentra se-r spec v. It has pretty bad swirl marks, so I bought a pc. I have the washing and claying steps down pretty well, but need some help with the pc steps. I believe I start with the Menzerna IP with orange pad...next Menzerna FPII with orange pad....and end with Menzerna FTG with a red pad (all purchased from properautocare). The final step I chose Collinite 845 wax since it seems to last a while. Please correct me if I'm wrong with anything or the steps.

BTW I already purchased these items (waiting for them to be shipped....the agony of waiting!!!), but I don't mind buying more stuff as I like trying things out. Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated and thanks in advance.

-Steve

I don't see anything wrong with your process and products. I'm not quite sure of the pads you're using but you always want to start with your least agressive combination first.

Denzil, thx for the info. Should I get some of the white and yellow pads then? I think White < Orange < Yellow (yellow being most aggressive)?

And is there a product I can use to top off the collinite for a better shine?
