so im just trying to get a rouch estimate to see if im going to fast or too slow. i am gonna buy a PC 7424 here in about a week, and then the big huge summer detail will be in a couple of months when it stops raining. my question is how long should it take (using the PC) to do my entire truck w/ say polish, or cleaner. basically one coat of anything? its an ext cab short bed 94 chevy.
i have had my truck for 2 years, and since then have waxed it probably 5-6 times, and 2-3 of those times have been proceeded by mothers clay bar (i suck at that) meguires paint cleaner and then paint polish, topped off with gold class wax. all by hand, and it takes forever it seems, almost two full days and i know theres so much more i can do. how long SHOULD it take if im being real diligent about gettin the paint as perfect as it can be with what ill be using?
