I am a huge fan of both the PC and 1Z products, and have experienced tremendous results with both. If you think you liked your 1Z polishes by hand, you are in for a wonderful treat.
PP is going to be your workhorse polish. You can use it with either the white pad or orange pad, depending on what type of defect you are working on and if you do use the orange pad, always follow up with the white pad for a second pass. MP is a great follow up for PP, and should be used with a white pad. UPP should be reserved for your most extreme oxidation, scratches, and/or swirls and always start off with a white pad before jumping into the orange pad, and always work your way down the polish line. So if you use UPP, then follow it with PP and MP. If you only use PP, just follow it with MP, etc. You may want to look into getting a few more pads since you will probably use at least two white pads on every detail. The grey pad is pretty much for removing waxes and/or buffing your sealants to a high gloss finish. It doesn't have any cutting ability nor do I feel it's aggressive enough for polishing duty.
Use small amounts of polish and work small areas at a time until it is completely dry and hazing slightly before removal and it may take a couple passes with your polishes to get the job done. Just take your time and you will do great.
