I like Cheese
I thought I had this posted here and came to update it but I guess I never posted in the first place.

Anyway, its been some long hot days but its finally getting there.

60'x64' building just after being built. Those are 12' doors, the one in the back right is for the wash bay and lift. There is also another 12' door in the back left. That area will be for the toys (dirt bikes, 4 wheelers, go carts and such). The one in the front will be the main drive in door, 4 bays on the right, 3 on the left for car storage, office and bathroom.

Last night we cleaned everything out and will be coating the floor with U Coat It epoxy later this week.

This is what Jesus' shop is like lol. I can't wait to see the finished product and there's doubt that you can't either. My old shop had a lift and I miss it a lot. I think it goes without saying that your gonna have one hell of a man cave.

Nice shop is an understatement! :bow

I saw this yesterday, but had to wait until today for the drool  to dry out of the keyboard to respond.

Started on the U Coat It yesterday and let me tell you this is no fun at all. Almost 4000sq ft is a pain to sweep up with a shop vac. The fumes from the acid etching were killer and the bond coat was a major pain to get right. For the bond coat the floor needs to be damp and let me tell you there is a thin line from damp to wet... All in all the first coat turned out nice though.

Today comes the final coat and boy I cant wait for that to be done.

Now that's what I call a shop :bigups:bigups Looks you might be able to rent space for storage in the winter months also. Wow that's nice right there...

Steve, you had a shop like that you would really need a second shift...:howdy

If your single you could add a small space for bedroom etc. and live in that building. Prob a hell of a lot cheaper. Who needs a fancy house!:D
I wish you much success! I expect all the cars in Ohio to be super clean.

Not a chance in h e double hockey sticks :) There are plenty of toys to fill it up :yay

I'd assume you're going to have it heated so you can still work in the winter, right? Yeah, definitely wouldn't want to fill all your room up with people's stored cars.

Heat for the winter and AC for the summer.

This isn't going to be a storage facility boys, its gonna be a MAN CAVE :) Heck we already have a pizza oven and frig ready to go in the lounge area :rockon
