Hey guys. I recently purchased a brand new primered hood and was wondering is it okay to put sealant or wax on top of it. I do not plan to paint it anytime soon since I am broke now. Thanks guys. :bigups

I wouldn't think you'd have to worry about protecting a primer finish.

Good luck getting the wax or sealant off once it's applied. Don't do it.

DO NOT put anything on it.
If you drive it for a couple years you can always spray a coat of new primer on it, lightly sand and then paint.

I hope you did not, because that paint will never stick! You will have to prep the surface again before shooting it.
