New PC arrived! Is it broken?

Here's a vid of my new PC. It's louder than I expected. Is this normal?

100% normal. Once you put some pressure on it, you'll loose the 'metal' sound.

sounds just like mine, thats just the sound of a pc. and dont worry like budman3 said it will go away once you start polishing

Good news...thanks. Even though it's 40 degrees today here in NY I'm gonna give it a try on a panel of my winter rat. Gonna be 55 degrees on Turkey Day...so I'll polish the Mustang then.
