Hello all, I would like to introduce myself to you. My name is Spencer Wilkinson from Colonial Heights, Va. I have been a car guy all of my life and have done everything from SCCA racing to a couple of years of local NASCAR racing to having done one Demo Derby. Until quite receintly I have always been interested in performance, with appearence a distant second. This has now changed and I have become very interested in the looks and upkeep of the three cars my wife and I own.

We have a 2010 Mazds 5, A 2012 Hyundai Elantra and a 2002 Hyundai Elantra GT that I stole from my son when he bought his new car.
To this point I have started to detail these three cars using only a few products, mostly Meguiars. I have the following products and really am just learning how to use them and I hope and plan to learn much more from the people on this site.

My Current Detail Kit containg. Meguiars Deep Crystal Wash, Swirl X, Ultimate Polish, Cleaner Wax, Gold Class CArnauba, Interior Hi Gloss, Interior Detailer Cleaner, Air fresh Protect and Endurance Tire Spray. Armour All Original Interior Spray and Wheel Cleaner. Eagle 1 Wheel Cleaner. Windex Glass Cleaner (Yes through this forum I have already learned about Windex and tint) and a large number of cheap MF Towels.

I know I am new and most likely doing most things wrong, however, I most likely will become a pest asking stupid questions.

Hi Spencer..Glad you found AF. Dont be afraid to ask questions. Everyone is here to help each other out with our passion for detailing.

:welcome: I am in Midlothian, just a few miles from you! Glad you found this place, the guys and gals here are great! They have helped me find my way when needing advise on products, and how to use them.

They also give such great reviews and info on products that I have spenta fortune trying all these new products.
