New MF towel - initial thoughts

And, what did you think after using it to aplpy the FK425? Linting? Abosrobent? Traps dirt?

Duuuuh.
Sometimes I am so dense.
It wasn't until the comments were made about two towels back to back that I looked at the picture again.
Since these are two towels sewed together the extra stitching makes sense.

I looked closely at the towels last night. It does indeed appear to be two towels sewn together. I saw the stitching way down in the pile (where the towel id "divided into quarters). I am not sure what the stitching material is or if it would scratch, however for that to come into contact with the vehicle finish you'd have to be applying some sort of mean pressure on the towel. I don't forsee it being a problem - just wanted to toss it out there for folks to know about.

My first clue that it was two towels sewed to together was when I noticed it was one color on one side and a different color on the other. :wall
That can't be real easy to do with just one towel.
I think the stitching is to keep the two towels together in the middle sections so it doesn't bunch up.

FWIW, I didn't buy any. :D

But, I think it's just a matter of time before the towels show up. Very similar experience with Big Lots. I'll read about such and such product in the stores and months later it makes it's way down here to Texas. I guess everyone hasn't gotten the memo that Texas is #1. :D
