Hey guys, new here from southeast MI.



I recently had a run in with cement on my 2010 Journey, driving through a construction zone it was being splattered all over the place and I got a majority of the hit all over the roof, and passengers side of the car.



I found a solution that is supposed to dissolve the concrete (distilled vinegar and water) that worked okay on the small spot, however the large spots (about 6" by 4") that are quite thick will not give. The spots that did come off however are leaving etchings in the paint so I am still left with quite a problem.



Anyone have any experience with this type of problem? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
 
Hi Tim! Welcome to Autopia! I'm originally from Dearborn. You'll probably be better off asking these kinds of technical questions in another subforum of Autopia. This one is basically for welcoming new members. Good luck. There are several dedicated products that concentrate on concrete removal.
