I took this post from UBRF.org, it looks like something that would be pretty cool, especially if griots is buying into it!
Originally posted by LAFENGAS on ubrf.org Such a simple idea....yet sooooo helpful. I thought it was a pretty cool idea and helped my dad bring it to the market. It took about 6 years from protype 'til now.
Ever wash you car and get the hose wedged under the tire trying to reach the backside of the car? Well simply drop this infront of the tire and give it a little kick to wedge it under.
Not only is it great for washing your car, but electrical cords (when buffing) as well as air lines when painting.
His first prototype was simply cutting a bowl in half...and it developed into this....granted, it's not going to win a Nobel Peace Prize... but it will make him a few extra bucks
Anyway...here are some of the prototypes he used to get distributers to purchase the item. My dad does have a patent on this as well. Right now they are in stores on the West coast...it'll take a couple months before the reach the East coast.

If you get the Griots Garage catalog, you'll find it in there too. Here's a link to they're online store:

The owner of Griots Garage was so impressed with this simple idea that next months catalog is going to have a full page dedication to this product.
My dad just retired, so i'm glad this thing finally went through and will maybe get him some extra spending cash.
If anyone buys a set...let me know.
