Well I painted the side inserts to match the center ones...tell me what you guys think!

Nice! Stock looking.



I did some interior pieces on my Contour over 4 years ago with the Duplicolor rattle cans and it is still holding up.
 
First off let me say that I am not a fan

if people painting/staining trim

It is just not my thing



with that

it looks like you did a very nice job

and it matches the car very well

you should be proud!
 
Looks awesome, I have an '04 GT and need to do a little touch up on the center stack trim, I think I'll go ahead and do my door trim too, looks great!

I actually bought two used inserts and painted those instead of my stock ones...There is a little indentation on the top where I carefully placed a flathead screwdriver with a rag on it, and pulled out, then there is a pop in clip on the bottom of the panel. I then removed the switches for the mirror adjustments and the window knobs!

Thanks Jim, I'm usually the same way about interiors being too flashy, but when I saw a member on the Mach1Registry do this, I figured why not, it looks stock and makes the panels stand out more...



Thanks everyone, now hopefully this paint will last!
