Hello to all you car freaks..I have been into a clean car since my first car at 15 1/2 years old. Now 45 I even more involved then ever. Been using products from Race 2000, Rain Dance, Nu Finish, Turtle wax, Liquid Glass, Meguiars, P21S, Klasse, Einsett, Finish Kare, Merzerna, Zaino, Wolfgang, Poorboys, and Duragloss. Might have missed a few. Went from washing with Dawn and removing with bathroom towels to using a Flex 3401 to buying the plushest Microfibers on the market. I am a member on AutoGeek and had the opportunity to meet Mike Phillips, Barry Meguiar, Renny Doyle, and Jose Fuentas. Sat next to Larry from AMMO NYC at a class and joked around.
The whole purpose of being here is to gain knowledge and to meet new car people to learn all we can. Happy to be a part of this forum.

Man, imagine if you could have met Todd Helme!!! :bigups

Welcome to AutopiaForums!!!! :bigups

Ok Todd. When can you show me your magic? Will be Flying back to Stuart to attend Mike's 2 day class in September. This is probably the cheapest of the bunch. Reny Doyle's was in the mid 3000's. Too much for a Father with 2 Daughters and one attending a $53,000/year college!!!
I always wanted to take up detailing as a part time business. I been doing people's cars for cheap and only now realize that people have no idea how much work goes into it! My goal is to seriously get involved in putting 3 days a week into quality detailing. The problem around here is the geographics. Not many people can afford a quality job. I did a car that was a wreck and spent 9 hours on the exterior. Everyone who saw it loved it. Then I paid someone to do my Wife's car to make a point. This place was Toy Wash in Marlboro, Massachusetts.I received the car with swirls, holograms, dust residue all over the rear passengers side bumper, and wax residue in the key hole. My Wife even made a comment about it. My goal was to prove I do better work then this so called high end place.
Also, been trying to upload my photos from my computer and it won't let me. Am I doing something wrong? Would like to show some before and after pics of my work to you guys. I'm serious too about meeting you when I come down later this year if you are available? The reason it says it won't load is a security token is missing? :(
