My custom cam package from my buddy Don Kinder of Slowhawk performance in Bridgewater MA came today.

Cam specs 231/242 .617/593 112 LSA Comp lsl lobes
Trickflow chromoly pushrods
Oil pump
C5R timing chain from Katech
Brian tooley dual valve springs with titanium retainers
160 deg thermostat
Gaskets seals and spark plugs

 
You do know that thanks to this thread, you are now required to post a nasty burnout video once the installation is complete right?

Yup! Car made 385rwhp 387rwtq. Lingenfelter CAI, Ported stock TB, Ported Intake manifold, Kooks Stainless Long tube headers, Kooks 3in Catted Mid pipes, Magnaflow catback exhaust and a tune.

I told my builder I wanted around 425. He said it should make that and then some. We will see. But it did run 12.4 @ 110 so far on a drag radial. I would love to boost this car but it's just way out of my budget. 6-7k for a nice procharger or magnacharger setup.

Blowers can be expensive. When I get an LS motor car and I will! Im a Ford and Chevy guy. Modular and LS motors for the win!!!...heck I am a car guy! I love and respect all cars. Anyway when I get an LS motor car I think I might run a nice 150 shot and surprise a lot of cars :). I am really likeing the C7's and the c6 Zo6!!!

Same here! I have always had a soft spot for the 03-04 Cobras. Especially in the metallic blue.

the C7 on a 150 shot would ride out!:drool:
