Those are the retired numbers for the Boston Red Sox.

There are eight retired numbers above the right field grandstand. All of the numbers retired by the Red Sox are red on a white circle. Jackie Robinson's 42, which was retired by Major League Baseball, is blue on a white circle.
 
That's awesome, so much better than my initial thought of the lottery numbers you chose and won with

Garage is beautiful, since I am assuming your in Boston or the surrounding area what type of heating system are you running?

I never thought to use those as lottery numbers. Although lucky more recently, the Sox haven't been lucky over the years.

Garage is still going strongly. I have noticed this winter that it stays about 20 degrees warmer than it is outside. I keep bottles of water for drinking in the garage, and they're not frozen, despite the temps of 5-20 degrees outside. The insulation has really helped. I don't regret not putting a heater in the garage, but it sure would make doing rinseless washes a bit easier.
