Hello D.Cer's, My name is Jon and i live in Maine, been detailing for about 8 years but i'm going to try the mobile detail rig this spring. This is a great site with a lot of use full info. Thanks for everyone's help.:howdy

We have a fishmonger in Dallas that has fresh fish flown in daily. They are doing a special on lobster for Valentine's Day. I've never fixed it myself, I have fond memories of my Grandmother broiling lobster tails and serving with drawn butter. Goodness that was some fine eating

King crab legs and fresh lobster are definitely on my top 10 list. We mountain folk can get lobster at places like Red Lobster or the likes but it just isn't right. Sorry to have taken this introduction so far off track, my stomach got the better of me. Most of the time I have to avoid any threads in which Ron is taking part. He makes me too hungry. Now I see it's not all his fault.

Living one mile away from the ocean you would think i would eat it all the time. No thanks, take a fat steak any day. Quick fact, In the old days the fishermen would feed the slaves on the work boats all the lobsters that were caught in the traps. they are bottom feeders. how times have changed.

Welcome from Indiana. I was stationed in Maine a couple of times when I was in the Navy. I was on ships being built at Bath Iron Works. Loved it up there. Too bad there's only 3 or 4 months out of the year when you can actually keep a car clean!
