Two things catch my eye here. The term "wrung em out" -- OUCH! If you mean TWIST them up, I wouldn't do that. The other thing is the "laundry detergent." We don't know what's in that do we? Really! I wouldn't do that either. Just a light spritz before use is all that's needed. I've used my Sonus pads about five times and they look as good as new. Except for a slight "pink" look to one of them.joyriide1113 said:prior to both incidents i left the pads soaking over night in a 5 gallon bucket filled half way and an ounce of laundry detergent. i woke up the next morning before the detail and i wrung em out a couple of times and left them there to dry. any clues on if im right or what might of happened?
Dwayne at Premium Auto Care carries the CMA version of the 7.5" Constant Pressure pads. You can also receive a 10% discount for being a Detail City member.BookemDano said:FYI... Unless something has changed recently, the LC Constant Pressure pads can only be purchased from Proper Auto Care. They are made exclusively for Proper Auto Care. (www.properautocare.com). LC pads from other retailer look similar but are not the same. (I don't know if they are better, but the Constant Pressure pads from Proper Auto Care ARE different.)
