Recently joined this site. I go by Jonathan and currently from GA but also spend much of my time in New Orleans.
I will probably be lurking the site for tips and ideas etc. about detailing. A few things I would like to mention, I am new to this detailing scene (tips would be gladly appreciated), and I am not going to be one of those people that learn a few things and call themselves a professional detailer and give a bad image to actual professional detailers. I am only going to be working on my car or a friends (but definitely mine first so I don't take the risk of damaging a car).
People may ask then why am I on here. My answer is that I am just anal about my car. The swirl marks, acid rain stains etc irritates me. I joined this site to really learn how detail my car and take further steps instead of just the regular car wash with a layer of wax after it. Throughout the year my friends and I all get together and wash our cars. It would be nice to learn some new things and possibly share some ideas with them and hopefully we can all get the shine and cleanliness that we all strive for :bigups
