So I get this email from a potential customer saying he needs some work done on his Acura TL. I say not a problem, and ask all the particulars via emails. He sends me this link saying he would also like me to see what I can do for him regarding his "weekend" car. I run to the link andlook at this car, and im like "Wow, thats kind of unique".

I listen to the video clip they have provided, capturing more interest with each minute of video. Well, my 19 yr old son is is just a car (european) freek, catches wind of what im listening to and asks whats up. So I tell him I have a potential client who wants me to detail his Acura, and he wants me to look at his.......

He called me a little bit ago to say hes going to the once monthly car show e have locally, and im invited along with my son for a ride. He REALLY wants his Acura detailed as soon as possible. I think I'll take him up on it tomorrow!

Oh, 0-60, 2.9 seconds.

Ariel Atom is what I consider order of magnitude above "average" sportscar ouy there. It is on the level of Enzo and similar supercars.

Other one is KTM X-Bow Roadster.

There are some good threads on atomclub about detailing them. Apparently, they are not easy becasue of all the open suspension/ drivetrain, etc. A Brammo atom is going to be my next care (sometime) :)

Well I got to meet the owner today, and saw the Atom first hand. As well as speak with a Ferarri owner about his ride. The Atom is pretty spectacular to say the least and will involve quite a bit of time cleaning. I have an appt in two weeks for the Acura, an at that time will probably set aside a whole weekend for the Atom. Any educated guesses as to what one should charge for 2 days of detailing this Atom? I will follow the Atom with some pics of other cars we saw today.......

Definitely! I would GLADLY purchase an Atom before any other "supercar," given the money!

For the price of one supercar you can get multiple Atoms. So why would you ever buy a "supercar" ? :p

The Atom certainly attracted a crowd in rather short order.............for about a fourth of a "supercar"......

I've wanted an Atom. However, this is what is now competing for my drool:
