Hi Everyone, it's been quite a while since I've been on the forum but I am back :o

Lot's of new faces and quite a few from the old days :buddies

Poorboy's World is no longer located in NY, but sunny Florida :cool:, less than an hour from Autopia's home :rockon

Our new manager is a person many of you know .. Dwayne McPeeks, he's been on the board for a few months now, and we are both around

for any questions as well as working with the Autopia crew, we will have some new product contests and offer more of our products in all sizes including 5 Gallons

for Pros and Fanatics through the Autopia store !

Thanks .. great to see familiar names :) .. Yes, I had to get a swift kick to remind me of what I really like to do .... I didn't get all these posts from sitting in the background ..lol
 
so im one of the new faces on autopia. i use bug squash 3:1 and love it. how did poorboys start and did the "poorboys man" logo come from monopoly board game? he always reminds me of that character lol

Hi Don .. thanks Bug Squash is one of my favorites too .. The start is a long story and somewhere it's in a thread .. I'll look around and see if I can put up a link ... no the Logo is not from Monopoly .. he is a character from the 20's and 30's ..no top hat or mustache ;)

lol .. the Love Bugs certainly make it seem that way and all the undisclosed bugs that smash into the car going through Alligator Alley :)

Funny Mark .. we were just talking about how Dwayne made you a moderator on my recommendation so many years and now you are an Admin .. we think it might be a record for a forum

It's been a couple years since I last bought any Poorboys products.

Actually I need to clarify that title. I'm still a Super Mod but there were some changes on the back side of the site a couple of weeks ago (it's a mistake), lost my colored title too. Ray's working on getting that title changed back. It's actually been about 12 years in the position.

I remember when I first joined and learned the Way of the Autopian. Poorboys was one of the first product lines I really looked into and thought it looked like "the good stuff". I think I got some SSR2.5 and SSR1, along with Natty's Blue.
Poorboys will always have a special place in my heart :)

Always good to see your posts- gotta keep them coming!
