Has anyone put anything like this togeather yet? I think it would help this part of the forum out a lot for more of the common stuff. I've had one financial disastor after the other so i'm thinking i might need to start detailing more seriously to help support my income to finish school. Though like everyone who visits this part of the forum who's not a pro, i'm not sure where to start.
I think it would be worthwhile to compile a list of the common knowledge to start a business. Like a checklist of everything you need to have/do.
ie
necesity - suplies, wax, buffer etc
legally - business license, insurance... (?)
practicality - advertisments, phone number, mailing adress
extra - shop, mailing list, and so on
Also maybe a list of common questions and their answers. If people are interested i can go through the board and find out all the info i can, and compile a list of questions or things that sound important or something. Then maybe you pro's can add the extra stuff. Just a thought....
