VR8- Sorry, I fear I lead you astray by mentioning that Sonus Block! 
Sonus` "Block" was the original tradename for their "regular"/gray/medium-grade clay. They sold a kit called "Glyde, Block, and waffle" which contained their Glyde Lube, a chunk of gray clay, and a WWMF.
Not the "block" you`re thinking of, just a coincidental name for a brand of clay.
