I plan on getting a Poorboy's kit for Christmas, If no one gets me one, I will order myself! :D (I'm Addicted) I have used EXP and PwC and really like the results, Poorboy's products really deliver! Feel free to share your experiences and the products you enjoy using most! I am very confused and looking into buying the entire Poorboy's line! :dunno

This is what I had in mind:
-SSR2.5
-SSR2
-SSR1
-EX
-Natty's
-S&W
-MF's

Looks good. What about the Professional Polish?

I plan on ordering a kit that includes most of the Poorboy's line...was going to do it today but I put it on hold.

TW85, I was thinking about including the PP, But couldn't seem to find were I would use it. Have you used it? I am currenly using AIO as a cleaner before waxing and sealing, and I also have PwC which also cleans and shines pretty well.

Quick Question: Is it ok to apply EX or EXP over PwC? Being that PwC contains carnuba. I was planing on using Natty's over PwC, But was wondering if the sealant were ok over it also.

Well, my favorite Poorboy product (and everyone elses) is of course Spray and Wipe. I use that more than any other product I have and it has become vital to my detailing processes. After that, I really like BNB on tires. Its my favorite tire dressing because it very easy to get it to look right. Other dressings require drying time and a certain application method or they sling off and don't look right but BNB looks great no matter how u use it. I would also say that NL sould be considered. Its among the very best interior dressings available. I can never decide which I like better, NL or 303. But thats okay because they are both excellent. TR is also my favorite exterior trim dressing and for all the same reasons as BNB and NL.

So, I would say your list looks good, but you should consider getting the dressings (NL, BNB, and TR) and also get twice as much S&W as you think you'll need. Next time I order it will probably be a 5 gallon (put one aside for me steve ;))

I asked the same thing a while back. Apparently PwC contains very little carnauba. It is more of a polish and "special" synthetic sealant. So the answer is yes, its okay to use the sealants over PwC. Maybe steve will leave the carnauba out all together in futher versions since we all top it with natty's n e way (hint, hint).

If carnauba was completely left out of PwC, then what would be the point of having PP? Or am I missing something?

PP is a pure polish ..for paint, glass, plastic, excellent on metals, plating such as chrome, even laminated wood:)

even if we took the Carnauba out , which we won't for some time to come;) ,
it would have some special polymers and UV absorbers that are not in PP.
PwC would still be a AIO product for those who need a nice clean shine, but don't want to do multi-steps for the Ultimate Shine:D

I suggest the Poorboy's Favorites and add which even mf towels you want to that kit.

i am a mechanic in australia seeking a high quality waterless car wash ,can u proove it matches up to dwg? g`day max`palm beach down unda`

I received my poorboy's products yesterday, I am very excited and can't wait to try them. I will be first washing with S&W and BnB'n my tires. The SSR's will have to wait till I have the opportunity to polish my sisters dark blue 2001 or 02 VW Jetta. Here are my plans, feel free to shoot me advice. It will be my first time using these products.

The swirls look pretty bad so most likely I will be starting with SSR2.5

-Wash NXT
-Clay Magic Blue Bar
-SSR2.5 polishing pad or orange pad if needed
-SSR1 polishing pad
-PP? PwC? not needed? could improve over all look?
-EX
-Natty's a few day's later or when I get the chance.

S&W is awesome! There's a reason they have the 5-Gallon club.

I recieved my Poorboy's kit, and the weather is freezing, so who know when I will get a chance to try the SSR's out. I'll post when I do, hopfully I will have my own camera by then. I tried the BnB and like it very much! I gave a few squirts as if I was tracing the tires, then used a EO tire swipe to spread it evenly and buff any excess. I went back outside after about 20 minutes and gave it a few swipes more. The tires look great! Very Black and a very nice light sheen. I see myself ordering more, This is a look that not many dressings will give you. I'm not a fan for really wet glossy tires, OK maybe on some cars with really nice custom wheels and low profile tires. I have one question though, Could BnB also be used on black plastic fender liners?
