If they are selling the Suburban right after the detail, why not use a product that will minimize the appearance or hide the swirls? You can give them a price pitch of $160 to remove the swirls or $100 to hide them.

Just what I was thinking. After you tackle some of the scratches, but not all, you could just use a glaze with fillers and put an LSP with decent durability over it. That way it will look great out of the box, but even after thing slowly wear off, it will still look better than it did to begin with. If they're keeping the truck, you could offer a maintenance price for a quick wash and wax. If they're going to wash it with Dawn, you might try to get a wax with some resistance to detergent, like Colinite.
 
Sorry, never used RMG. A simple OTC answer is Meg's Deep Crystal #2. Not as nice as #7 but a lot more user-friendly. If anyplace near you has their #5 use that, it's as simple as glazes get.
