Need Help with my New Add

Ad looks great. Very professional looking. You asked for feedback. After a quick glance (mind you I'm not a pro by any means) here's my feedback.

1. Can you crop the pic of the F150?
2. The "All Prices based on..." line, the "4" is difficult to see / read.
3. Just an idea the Wash and Vac service name, could you rename it the bronze package to follow the silver, gold package theme you already have in place?

Now some questions.
What font are you using?
What is your glass polish service?

Hope this is helpful to you.

Thanks that is great feedback.

I noticed the 4 and am going to change it. Do you think the pic should be smaller larger? Good idea on the broze. I will make that appropriate change.

The font is Papyrus, my glass polishing is AIO, VM, or adams glaze on all windows via pc and finishing pad on low.

I will make the appropriate changes on my pc... but for time reasons i will only update the add with changes a couple times a day.

Thanks

Greg

Keep the feedback coming

Good question. I think with the image cropped it might fit well, but the image might be a disproportionate size.

No big deal though guess we'll just have to see.

Thanks
Rick

Based on your ad . . .

. . . I'd give you a shot at my car (if I wasn't so committed to doing it myself ;))

Looks good, but as scrub said, take about 1/2 ~ 1" off the bottom of the truck photo - too much road.

Just my 2¢

those prices are for cars.. do you think they are still cheap? I will crop the photo tonight as well.

Greg

i think your silver package is underpriced. at my work we charge 79.95 for the same pakcage but it doesn't include a polish.

SO you charge 80 for a wash and wax, and interior?

Greg

for 79.95, we shampoo the engine and detail, full detail the interior with shampoo, acid clean the rims, and dress tires and wash the exterior. we call it the supreme plus package

Hi guys......my ad is a bit different. Similar but different. If someone could tell me how to post it here, I'll post it. Prices are a bit low for me but that may be what they pay in your area. I live here in Destin Florida and 95% of my business is HI-LINE vehicles. My prices are based on "size" as well. Standard full size cars for a wash & vac is $30 but $35 for trucks. Wash & wax is $55 to $65 on Standard cars and $75 to $90 and "higher on trucks and suv's.

Don't undercut yourself but be "competitive"........ :rolling

I'm not a pro, but I think this has been discussed many times on here. Most people have said that if you base you packages on what you want to make an hour, it usually works out pretty well.

So if it takes you about 2 hours or less to complete the silver package, then $50 isn't a bad price if your area or clients are paying that amount.

As Shammyman stated, another tip most have given is to make sure you find out what your competition is charging. Don't short yourself.

TO post this you shoudl probably make your ad into a jpg. To do this open up your add and use the "Print SCRN" button. Click it and then open up paint or photoshop and paste the pic there. You will have to crop out the unwanted stuff and it might take a few pics matched up to get your add. HTH.

If you have no luck you can send the file to me and I can take care of it for you. [email protected]

I think your ad looks very professional. I agree with everyone on the prices, though. You should increase the prices a little.

Here is the updated add. I bumped the prices a little bit. I left the Golf package becuase that is hard to get poeple to pay as it is. I live in a smalltown so most poeple go with the silver. I croped the picture as well. Im still open to as much feedback as i can get.

Greg

IMO, you've got a lot of whitespace on the page.

Maybe add another picture and increase your font and then shrink the margins.

hey greg, just an idea. what if you centered the text of the packages on the page. i think it would look more streamlined. do you find your silver package sells the best. my high and low end packs don't seem to sell as well as the middle. your ad looks very professional.
