Need help to wash cars 4 the LA auto show tomorrow

BOOKED!! I got the 5 people I needed in less than an hour after placing an ad on craigslist.



It only cost me $25!!



You gotta love craigslist baby!!
 
Hiring random off the street people to work for you and represent your name/company..none the less washing cars at the LA auto show. Why does something not sound right about that?



I wouldnt even let a stranger wash my car, let alone work for me!
 
This is the real world and not the 29 coats of Zaino enthusiast. The entire auto show is made up of day labors with no or very little experience.



We have high standards. That is why we were given 100+ vehicles to wash.



Everyone is asked to arrive ½ hour before we start and they will get a class on exactly what we want done and how we want it done.



I have exact procedures that must be followed. If they aren’t followed that person is gone.



They will be checked for clothing (zippers, belts, etc..) that may scratch and every two new guy will be teamed up with a Superior Shine regular employee to insure everything goes as planned.

I would've called you up, as I'm currently at school in the LA area, unfortunately I didn't get back from thanksgiving break until around 5pm. Oh well, maybe next time.
 
Are you there employeer and do you pay them as well as show them what to do. Let them use your equipment?

If so you are required by law to have workers compensation to cover them.

I also found out yesterday that the cars came out cleaner when we used soap and water.



Who knew?
 
i can see why though....bob didnt need to post what he did....superior wasnt asking about what he needed to have to cover his "employees"....had he asked "what do i need to hire people to work for me" then bob would be at liberty to make his remark/helpful insight, but it wasnts....BOB assumes joe doesnt know what he is doing....
