If this is a "new" car, and you want to fix it properly without wasting money by fixing it right the first time, it will need to be repaired and repainted. They will or at least "should" blend the paint into adjacent panels. As stated before, get quotes and if quotes are less than your deductible, pay out of pocket. If it is considerably more, contact your insurance. Premiums should not go up as it would be " no fault" claim, since your car was parked.
This should be a lesson learned. My wife tells me we should have walked to the stores, since I always park in no mans land... But every now and then, you will always have that one jerk with a piece of crap car that will park next to you.
