I'd love to help, but Tampa is way too far and would be too expensive for me to clean :spit: out of a car. I'd love to though...
gribbs: It is imparitive to correct this problem immediately and by the right person qualified for the job. Your every day detailer probably doesn't know how to tackle this problem correctly and could end up creating a deeper, more threatening problem. "Shampooing" or "extraction" isn't the only method that should be incorporated to tackle this, but should be used inconjunction with proper chemicals to kill the Bio-Hazard. You might even want to try it yourself or employ the help of a highly trained mobile residential carpet cleaner.

I used the hand attachment on my carpet cleaner and dumped a bunch of Nature's Miracle on the area the night it happened. From what I gather though, the chemical treatment could take up to 2 weeks to completely work. Is this accurate?
It's making me anxious just "waiting" to see if the NM makes the smell go away. Are there any specific industry standard methods I should be listening for when I ask professionals how they would treat the problem? Or, does anyone have any recommendations regarding specific products to use?
I came across a syringe device designed to inject the treatment material into upholstery...any experience using one of those?
Thanks again,
Dave
P.S. I told my wife that this is definitely her car for the long term now that she's left her mark on it. Next new one is mine :woohoo:
