Need Advice on what kind of polish to start with

The car is a 2002 Carbon Black BMW m3.. paint is in excellent condition but does some have scratches (you cant feel them with your fingernail) and has spiderwebbing in certain light angles... I am ordering the PC from autopia with the SFX pads... what polish do u recommend to begin with and what SFX pad?? Any advice would be appreciated... Once everything is done polish wise, I was going to follow up with a coat of souveran wax...
