need advice on polish

If you want to stay with Mezerna pick up some SIP, but the Megs M105/M205 are the way to go IMO....far easier to use too since you don't have to wait for them to break down. ;)

I'd probably reach for Menz Power Gloss/orange pad on a Vette if you really want to stick to Menzerna. I'll make it unanimous up to this point though for the 105/205 combo. Simply phenomenal results and nothing to be afraid of.

Welcome to TID!!! As many others have stated, M105/M205 is the way to go for the PC.

I've found nothing that works better. Late model Corvette Paint is rock hard, so it will take some time, but your results with 105/205 should be outstanding!

Follow up with BFWD and you will love the way it looks!

(Got pics? Daytona Sunset Orange is one of my fav's!!!)

Welcome to TID DSOM, the Meguiar's M105/M205 with Lake Country Constant Pressure Flat Pads will work great on the Corvette for you. IMO:wizard:

Thanks for replies

I just ordered the M105/205 combo based on your unanimous advice. Is there a problem if I use the CCS pads I have with M105/205 or do I absolutely have to use flat pads? What's the maximum amount of time I should polish one area for, considering that i'm working on fiberglass panels. I know some of you might suggest buying the cool foam pads but I'd rather not spend more money on yet another set of expensive pads.
I keep reading on the forums about Kevin's method to use 105/205 combo but I don't seem to be able to locate the actual method. Do you guys know where I can find it?

I'll try to attach some pics for Luster. I hope it works.
