Need advice on an Engine Bay

So one of my customers is very picky about his engine bay (and so he should be) and i want to know what you folks would recommend to make this thing just look brilliant. I'm trying to keep it under lets say 60 bucks for a complete order of engine bay detailing supplies ad tools (if you guys/gals feel them necessary.
