You handled that perfectly, good job man. I doubt you will get a court summons seeing as he just seems like he was out to get a buck & have you fix something that was already broken.

As far as the BBB goes, I wouldn't worry to much about that. They mainly cater to the 70 and up crowd :D If the guy takes to the internet then you might have a problem :yikes:

Are you positive your knee didn't hit the turn signal when you were entering/exiting the vehicle? :hmmm:
 
If you have a friend or relative who is a lawyer you should send him a letter claiming slander and defamation of character and loss of income caused by his complaint being on file with the BBB.

He has no proof you broke his turn signal and he has no proof that he himself did not break it when he signaled turing into your driveway to drop off the car. It is not like a dent or scratch and was inspected for prior to your work.

Sometimes you need to get on the offensive when a jerk thinks he can push you around. Check out what happens when you spin on these types of guys.
