You won't find any *real* quality products sold in stores. A quick trip to a good online retailer and you'll be all set.

I'm not a fan of dressing the interior, but for the tires, you may want to try Zaino Z16. Its water based, not greasy, matte or slight shine depending on how you prefer to apply it, and it doesn't sling or get grimy with dust/dirt.

If you're close to Stuart FL, Autogeek does (if i remember correctly) have a walk up counter

PB natural look can be used for bothe tires and interior

If you want only 1 product for interior and exterior I would suggest CarPro Perl. It can be mixed in multiple dilutions for different uses.
