Is it worth my time to put Natty Blue on top of Meg#16. I just put Meg #16 on my black paint last week. My friend gave me 2 Natty Blue (payment for me detail his car). I want to see how Natty shine but I don't want to take #16 off yet. Is it make a different or waste my time and Natty to put Natty Blue on top of #16.

Go for it. I don't see that there would be any bonding issues but I could be wrong. Someone will chime in soon I'm sure to tell you more.

There is no bonding issues, you are putting a carnuaba on top of a carnuaba.
You won't know truely how the Natty's blue will look because it is going over the #16.
It never hurts to experiment.
