Some one did something wrong... OC Pro is amazing. My self and all the other pro installers wouldn't be charging the prices we do if it wasn't. I've use OC 2.0(consumer version) as well it's a great product to. 2.0 is more forgiving during the application learning curve. I don't know said detailer but he screwed up point blank. You could give him my contact info, Chris Thomas, or Dr G's for advice because if what you say is true he failed at install.
