NanoSkin Ceramic Fail

Well yes I used it and I was new to coatings since Nanoskin was the source to sealants/coatings other then Meg's M21 and I believed the hype well my eyes are wide open to what works and what is a joke. Im not the only detailer who has seen Nanoskin Ceramic last just a few months and act like there is nothing on the paint.

Some say Opti Coat doesn't last, does that make all applications bad? A good point is Wolf's Hard Body. A lot of bad reviews, but I have it on a car that sits outside 24/7 and beads and shines well after 9 months. I have no doubt it will last one year easily.

I used to use a few NanoSkin Products including the NanoSkin Ceramic sealant but I have not used it for sometime since I have not been impressed with it after seeianit and I say had because by looking at the hood after I sprayed the hood you can see there is nothing on it to protect it at all. This stuff is complete junk and I will be calling NanoSkin on monday.

Well, it's Monday.

Resolution to problem ?????

Not for anything, most detailers know it's about the craft/skill. But I don't care as much about products as I do about the newest tools. Rupe's etc, that's money well spent. I look for stuff that kills time, make's work easier, uses less electric and give's off less heat. I will say hydro2 kinda falls into that category though.

I haven't tried the coatings yet. Although they sound like they would be perfect for the types of vehicles I do. Why? money and the learning curve. I tried Zaino years ago and had mixed results. I couldn't figure why it worked (lasted) on some cars and failed after 2 weeks on others. It turned out it was me and not doing a alcohol/prep-sol wipe down before applying. It seems those trade secret oils screw with Z big time. But, I've tried several other sealers that didn't have any issue going on right behind M - whatever.
That DP stuff looks about my speed, it's priced right and "bubba proof" so even I can do it. Now, if the wife just hadn't maxed out that damn credit card!

is it tomorrow yet??
When it's tomorrow then today will be yesterday. So if today is really yesterday then tomorrow is actually two days off. Then factor in the elements of a business week where weekends don't exist and it's very hard to plan for a phone call. I can't keep it straight.
