Hi all! So I think I've found a name for the nano line... please tell me what you all think!

1. WIN - Wolf's Innovative Nanotech

2. WINS - Wolf's Innovative Nano Solutions

If you like them, which one would you choose? OK so the cat's out of the bag about the name of the product line :).

Thanks!

I think you might have problems with whoever makes the Wolfgang car products. Trademarks are a tricky thing.

Well I hope not because the 2 names are entirely different and the logos look nothing alike, so...

Yeah.. but the mere "Wolf" part of your products name may put whoever makes Wolfgang products on their toes. You're trying to sell car care products (same as them) with the word 'wolf' in it same as them.

It's like when that linux company tried to sell a linux OS branded as "Lindows", Microsoft sued them for trademark infringement and won the suit. Lindows is further from "Windows" than Wolf's and Wolfgang are in similarity.

Just food for thought, especially if you plan to sell/market the products in the USA.

I hope there's no problems with it, but I guess we'll have to address them if they arise... So, do ya like the other name for the nano stuff? :)

GOOD. Get them on their toes. Don't get me wrong, Wolfgang makes some good products, but on a completely different playing field than a true nano sealant. Jesse, I'd love to chat with you sometime about your nano products, I install a couple of different ones myself, and we could compare.

Thanks John! I'll be in contact as soon as we're finished! Yesterday I picked up the latest version of the paint sealant... I'm dying to try it out but it won't stop raining :wall!! I'll be testing it on a HGTE tomorrow :). Will post!
