I would clay the painted parts to start, then a light polish like P-w-C or PP

Then EX-P or EX...wait for the cure and go Nattys on that paint

The top of the hood, I would put anything on it

Plastic trim PB TR

Bold and Bright on the tires

Wheel sealant on the rims

Also Congrats on the new ride and is that kid even old enough? he looks 12...LOL

If you're not doing any paint correction I'd try this first.
If you are doing any corrections then use the SSR that you deem fit.
SuperSlick and Suds.
Clay.
ProPolish
White Diamond
EX-P
Natty's White
Remove Natty's White with Spray and Gloss.
The next day SuperSlick and Suds,Natty's White, Spray and Gloss
Wait two days then SuperSlick with Wax,Natty's White,Spray and Gloss.
Then wash and wax at least twice a week for a month and a half.
After this time period is up drop the clay(oops! not literally)go to ProPolish,Black Hole,EX-P,Natty's Red,QD+ and do the same routine.
Slide some Blue in there before winter hits.
Do Bold n Bright on the tires.
Propolish and Spray and Gloss on the windows.
I like a fresh waxed car as do you wasted one.:passout:

Uhhhhhh You forgot the "admire work" breaks.. :notme:

Congrats to you and the kid.

Wax the hell out of it:D

Thanks, and you know it.

Congrats Ryan ... :rockon Does the King really need to ask :hmmm:

He's jazzed. Alot more comfortable driving this than the car. So good idea.
And yes, you know I always ask. So as #5 would say..... "Need input"

I see you went with the Liberty! Good Choice!

Thanks Gus. It is really nice. Reminds me of my old Jeep Cherokee a long time ago. Pretty much same style too.

Do I get your Wax Waster sign if my process is picked? ;)

Congrats Ryan!!! I want to know what you do with that hood, that looks like trouble...

That hood decal IS trouble...........
I have a friend with an orange charger (i did detail on it before, thread posted). THat someone wrote wash me on th edecal. It will never come out. It water spots real easy etc.

As weel as just the decal, look at all the plastic stuff that has to be taped off. I may do what you do and hit it with tr before I do anything then wipe it afterward.

No way could suggest a process to such a master! Will be waiting to find out what you do. I bet the boy is one happy dude!

Trim Restorer is much cheaper than the additional labor involved with cleaning polish/wax off of all that textured plastic. Wash then apply TR liberally to that textured plastic with a soft bristled paint brush, if it runs let it. then do your polishing then re wash the vehicle. That's how I would handle it.

You may use $2 worth of TR tops. I would gladly spend $2 to avoid cleaning residue out of all that textured plastic. This way your textured plastic will never fade, just make a regular practice of it. Nothing looks worse than gray plastic that is supposed to be black.

well:

wash
clay
TR plastic like dave said
tape or vinyl stripe :wall (you think you had headaches before :notme: )
PP
Black Hole
Blue
Red
Blue
Red
Blue
Red
Blue
Red
Blue
Red
etc.....:lol2:
